Conference for better marketing of black figs

The export of this variety has from the last 5 years increase from 27 to 43 million . With this conference , the Union of Exporter of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables of Uludag Yas is now $ 50 million . These are the largest European countries requesting this fig and the export authorization to the United States is expected to pass it across the Atlantic. The black fig production period is summed up in the months of August , September and October and it places Turkey in the first position in the world.
