Robinson plans to recruit more than 30 technology professionals over the next three years to make those efforts a reality in Cork. The team will be part of more than 1,000 technology and analytics professionals located worldwide to ensure that C.H. Robinson’s technology solutions, including Navisphere®- a proprietary, global, transportation management system (TMS) - provide digital connectivity and sophisticated analytics that improve delivery performance for both customers and carriers.
Mike Neill, chief technology officer of the company, said, “Cork's tech community, along with new managing director Tyler Patterson, which has extensive experience in Europe and at C.H. Robinson will be a great match for delivering company's solutions.”
The Cork expansion is yet another commitment the company makes to invest in its industry-technology. The opening of this new centre follows the most recent expansion of the company's technology teams in Warsaw, Poland.
