RollSeal ripening room doors are the durable, space saving, low maintenance alternative to traditional insulated panel doors. Available exclusively from Thermal Technologies, these fabric doors are the standard of choice for Thermal Tech Tarpless®SX ripening rooms, the latest generation of one of the most popular commercial ripening systems.

Available in sizes to fit any single or double-wide room configurations, RollSeal doors use three layers of polymer fabric with two layers of trapped air in between to create a durable, space saving barrier between the room and warehouse. This allows the Tarpless®SX fruit-centric™ design to produce and maintain the ideal temperature, humidity and airflow through every step in the ripening process, turning out the high quality fruit with guaranteed uniformity in every box.

Unlike traditional insulated panel doors, RollSeal doors can withstand up to 15 cm (6 inches) of additional horizontal deflection when struck by a forklift. And, in the event a door is damaged by a forklift, it can be quickly repaired using a simple patch kit. The room stays in production with no loss in efficiency and little or no operational downtime.
