The 2022 edition of Interpoma, the international exhibition dedicated to the apple world, will take place from November 17 to 19 in Bolzano (Italy). The show is launching a new initiative: Variety Garden, an exhibition of 55 exclusive apple varieties from around the world.
On the occasion of this 12th edition of Interpoma, the show is launching the 'Variety Garden' initiative, an exhibition of 55 exclusive apple varieties from the main producing countries around the world, from New Zealand to the United States, in through France and Italy.
"The concept of the Interpoma Variety Garden project was designed to give shape and color to the spirit of Interpoma, which has always been focused on internationalization and innovation", comments Thomas Mur, Director of Fiera Bolzano. We are very proud to be the first and only in the world to collect the richness of this varietal heritage".
The fruits on display will have a very wide range of shades, from the bright yellow of the varieties marketed under the brand names yello® and opal®, to the fresh and bright green of GreenStar®, to the dark and deep red of Crimson Snow®, through the attractive new red-fleshed varieties Red Moon®, Kissabel® and Lucy™Glo.
