Carrefour forecasts a rise in on-line sales

The Spanish division of Carrefour forecasts a 25% rise in its on-line grocery sales within 2004, through Ooshop launched last October. This site gives Spanish customers access to 75% of products sold at hypermarkets Carrefour. The group also plans a rise in multimedia sales. Profitability is predicted for 2005.
