Wal-Mart and Ahold to resume talks
Brazil

Wal-Mart and Ahold are resuming talks this week on the sale of Ahold's assets in Brazil.
The negotiations are taking place in the Netherlands to iron out the final details of the package after a court ruling in December which forbade Ahold to sell all of its assets in the north-east of the country to a single buyer.
Aholds's assets include local supermarket chains Bompreco and G. Barbosa.
