Citrus exports on the increase

The amount of South African citrus that is exported has increased by between 5 and 10 percent since last year, according to reports. While the 2005 harvest is smaller than last year, the quality of the fruit is significantly better, and the weak Rand is encouraging importers to buy South African produce.
