Merger between two Spanish co-operatives

The Almeria-based co-operatives Almerisol and Vicasol have merged last April. Almerisol counts 45 members and a turnover of Euro13,15 million in 2000-2001. As for Vicasol, it counts 260 members and a turnover of Euro52,88 million.
