Food labelling scheme at CO-OP

CO-OP's UK stores are introducing a labelling scheme on supermarket shelves to compare the salt and fat contents of similar products. The labels indicate whether the salt and fat content of a product is low, medium or high. Over 300 products will be included in the scheme which is being trialled at 10 of CO-OP's stores.
