Probable agreement between CASI and Agrupalmeria

CASI would be to take over Agrupalmeria.

CASI, the largest cooperative in the tomatoes sector, should sign the acquisition of Agrupalmeria. For months they would be in negotiations and agreements would have already been defined.

Confirmation and details of the acquisition expected to be announced at the annual meeting of the cooperative, Saturday, March 23.
