Approach of valuation of the only apple produced exclusively in organic farming.
First apple produced exclusively in organic farming at the world level, Juliet ® has now a family of transformed products.
Juliet’s transformed products are: fizzy juice, juice of apples, compotes in individual portions and jar, will be available in specialized organic stores and in supermarkets from this month.
The apple has two colours : red and yellow.. Crunchy, juicy, sweet, and with very good preservation, Juliet ® is produced in Valley of the Rhône, Val de Loire, Languedoc Roussillon and Southwest. The apple is marketed by Cardell Export. This year the production will be 1200 tons.
Currently, the exports no representing more than 10 % of the production but the international markets is promising: Italy, Germany, Singapore, Dubai and Saudi Arabia, where its sweet flavour is appreciated.
The range of products transformed from Juliet ® received a prize “Grand Prix Innovafel”.
