Sica Saint-Pol has sold its specialised subsidiary

"According to Ecodis, Sica de Saint-Pol-de-Léon (Finistère, France), first group of French vegetables producers, would have sold its SBLP subsidiary - specialised in fresh salads. The buyer is said to be the British Geest Food Ltd, for the first time in the French market."
