Processing plants are buying winter spinach in Poland

Processing plants started this week buying winter spinach. Its prices are in the level of 0,18EUR/kg, it means about 10% more than last year.
Customers must wait till September when spring spinach appears in the markets. In last season due to drought the production of spinach was rather limited and this fact resulted in rather high value of this vegetable.
