Dole sells Pascual Hermanos

Dole, the food multinational, has announced it is to sell its 90% stake in its Spanish subsidiary, Pascual Hermanos, following a string of poor results. Indeed, Pascual Hermanos didn't meet shareholders' expectations and its sale should be completed by June 2002.
