The Radicchio di Chioggia now at SAIT

The raddichio di Chioggia IGP will make its entry into SAIT the system of cooperatives, part of the COOP group.

Packed in boxes from OPO Veneto, Radicchio di Chioggia IGP will be available in more than 350 stores SAIT cooperatives. A Consortium of cooperatives in the region of Trentino dating back to 1899, SAIT distributes in the Trentino and Alto Adige regions.

This is a milestone for the industry, both for producers and consumers. The Radicchio di Chioggia has obtained IGP status, with the rest of the production having to be marketed under "radicchio rosso tondo."
