Del Monte has opened its first ripening plant in France.
Since early January, Del Monte can distribute bananas at "yellow" stage thanks to its new facility in Rungis.
Del Monte has opened its first ripening plant of bananas in Rungis. It is located in the center of distribution of 3,000 m2 in the Euro Delta area. This ripening plant also has an additional capacity of 500 pallets of other fruits, citrus fruits, seeds, tropical.
The site will also be used to produce and distribute products of IV range.
