Partnership Agreement between Mabrouka Holding Group - Triki Group - Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID) in Tunisia.
A partnership agreement has been signed between Tunisian companies: Mabrouka Holding Group, Triki Group and AAAID (Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development). The object of this agreement is the creation of 2 new entities.
The role of the 1st company is the production of seed potatoes 100% Tunisian, while the 2nd entity will focus on the collection of Fruits & Vegetables and the packaging of these products according to international and export standards with a target of 50 000 tonnes per year.
The AAAID will have a 40% stake in the capital of the two companies with a value exceeding 10 million euros for seed production and more than 15 million euros for collection and export.
A collection and packaging area will be created in the Ennfidha port area near the new airport and will facilitate export to the whole world. The largest refrigerated warehouse in the country will be built on this area in order to have adequate capacity to meet the demands of the world market.
The production of seeds will mainly concern potatoes. With already a great success: the creation of the ZERO generation of a purely local seed.
