International buyers, priority of MEDFEL 2013

Medfel distinguishes itself from other trade fairs for the organization of B2B meetings that offer exhibitors the opportunity to forge business partnerships with professionals from around the world.

Last year 3418 B2B meetings were organized with 112 VIP international buyers coming from 36 countries. These buyers work for supermarket chains, catering, wholesale and specialized circuits. 

For the 2013 edition, the organizers announced a strong presence of buyers from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (PECO). Russia will have one of the most important delegations, with 7 buyers, followed by Poland (5 buyers), Lithuania (4), Ukraine (3), Czech Republic (3), Slovakia (2), Romania (2), Latvia, Slovenia , Bulgaria. Also the Middle East will be very active, with buyers from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Kuwait. For Northern Europe and Western Europe, there will be buyers from Germany, Austria (3), Denmark (2), Sweden (2), Norway, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
