POMONA sells KISSAO to NOSIBÉ

The POMONA Group sold to ELH, owner holding of NOSIBÉ, its activity KISSAO importer and distributor of exotic fruits located in Marseille. This operation takes effect from 1 June 2014.

KISSAO will continue to operate independently from NOSIBÉ. Synergies, particularly logistics, will participate in the development of each of the entities with their respective clients.

ELH and brings together additional expertise of the teams of NOSIBÉ and KISSAO to continue their development.
