The entire chain of Turkish fresh produce will be present in Istanbul from 11 to 13 January.
Istanbul will host a new edition of Fresh Turkey from 11-13 January.
Fresh Turkey is the largest exhibition in the Turkish industry. Many businesses in the Turkish sector for fruits and vegetables, organic products, storage and logistics will participate. The show is for
buyers from around the world.
The participation of foreign buyers is expected to increase demand and, therefore, exports. Turkey produces 45 million tons of fruit and vegetables annually, but only exports 1.125 million tons, or 2.5% of its total production.
