Rising exports

Fresh fruit and vegetables exports from the north-east of Turkey record a 17,3% increase on the first seven months of the year 2002. Europe remains the first destination, but for the first time, Turkey has exported to Israel, Libya, Singapore, Norway, Bosnia, Byelorussia and Bahrein. Grape remains a Turkish key product.
