Van Dijk Foods changes hands

Agreement between The Greenery and A. De Witte Group for the acquisition of all actions Van Dijk Foods Belgium and its subsidiary D.A.V. Trans.

From now on, the activities of these two companies passes under the responsibility of a new Board of Directors, chaired by Achiel and Jürgen De Witte.

The selling decision corresponds to the strategy of cost reduction and to the centralization of activities decided by The Greenery in his project "Phoenix". Achiel De Witte says he is confident in the complementarity of these companies with the group.
