China Hai Sheng Holdings, the largest Chinese producer of apple juice concentrate, is planning to list on the Hong Kong stock exchange in September.
The proceeds, between HK$200 million and HK$250 million (EUR 18-22 million), will largely be used to finance a new processing centre.
Hai Seng currently operates three plants with a capacity of 100,000 tonnes per year.
