Ahold Disco sale talks fail

Ahold has announced that talks with joint prospective buyers Francisco de Narváez and French group Casino regarding the sale of Ahold's controlling stake in Argentine supermarket chain Disco have ended without an agreement. Ahold confirmed that discussions with other interested parties were continuing.
