En'Diva continues to expand its range

En'Diva , founded in 2001, brings together endives producers in northern of France who have decided to come together to market their produce.
En'Diva sells the production of its 7 associated producers and 2 contract growers , an annual production of around 15,000 tonnes, of which 30 % is exported (Germany , Italy, Austria , Benelux , Switzerland). Endives are available 12 months out of 12.
The endive range is offered in boxes of 2.5kg and 5kg, in flow pack 500g, and in 500g trays. In addition to this range, End'Diva offers Carmine® variety , slightly sweet and nutty flavored, and the Barbucine® . Old variety which one traces the origin to 1630 in Paris, Barbucine® offers original flavors , crunchy, sweet, with a fair balance of bitterness.
En'Diva participated in the recent Macfrut 2014 in Cesena and presented Barbucine® to the Italian market.
