Good season for Grenoble walnut

The very good harvest 2009 at the level of the volume and with average calibres allowed the walnut of Grenoble to be one of the rare products which was held well this winter.
The average calibre allowed holding a decent price, what does not have impact on the exports.
In spite of a decline on Spain of about 50 %, the European market maintains their position, and Italy increased its demand in spite of the weakness of the dollar which facilitates the walnut of California.
