Plus rien ne s'oppose au rachat de Massmart par le géant américain Walmart qui va pouvoir s'installer en Afrique et s'y développer.
WalMart has ended its legal battle with South African justice which dismissed critics of its purchase of Massmart.
The acquisition of 51% of the retailer Massmart by Walmart, had received criticism by South African competition. This acquisition has triggered opposition to a union and three ministries of
countries that have committed a legal battle.
The Court of Appeal has just dismiss these opponents, putting an end to these procedures. This judgment may be considered a victory by Walmart and will enable it to establish itself in Africa and develop there.
