85% of the mondial production of this fruit, which price has been divided by two in one year, is done in Turkey.
After a meeting which concerned the prime minister of Turkey, Mr Tayyip Erdogan, and seven ministers of the turkish government, the government has decided to acquire a part of the annual overproduction.
Not suficiant for Ozer Akbasli, president of the Giresun Agricultural Chambers, which said that this decision is "another deception".
