Positive campaign for Dutch potatoes

Dutch exporters were quite satisfied with the 2001/2002 potato campaign. In total, 1 104 000 tons of potatoes were exported to Europe and abroad. Eastern Europe countries imported 65 000 tons. Russia even doubled its imports of potatoes compared with the former season.
