Macfrut: conference on strawberries

The 29th edition of Macfrut will be preceded by an International Symposium on strawberry Wednesday, September 25.
On the eve of the official opening of the Macfrut exhibition there will be a conference on strawberries.
Held on Wednesday, September 25 will be held the international symposium will cover all aspects of production, varieties, commercialisation and marketing.
The morning session will focus on all aspects after harvest: marketing, consumer perception and segmentation and the experiences of different markets and ideas to boost strawberries
as a consumer product mass.
The afternoon session will explore perspectives and new research on strawberries of the situation in Europe, Turkey, California and China.
The 29th edition of Macfrut will take place from September 26 to 28 under the slogan "the green planet trade of fruit and vegetables", the exhibition will bring together professionals from across the sector.
