The first Digital Mango Day in Central America will take place on Saturday 3 February. The event will be presented by Francisco Seva Rivadulla, renowned international agri-food journalist, and Dr. Yolanda Medina Villaseñor.
This seminar, supported by the National Mango Board (NMB), will be broadcast on Zoom and is free of charge with prior registration. It will also be streamed live on Facebook Live.
The programme will feature leading experts, such as Eddy Martinez, who will share his knowledge of the mango industry in Guatemala. Engineer Carlos Mas will also participate, offering his perspective on the world of mangoes in Nicaragua, along with Licenciado Andrés Medina, who will explore the reality of mangoes in Costa Rica. In addition, Mr. Ramón Ojeda, Executive Director of the National Mango Board, will give a presentation on the organisation's efforts to increase mango consumption in the United States.
The day will last approximately 100 minutes. Each speaker will have 20 minutes to share their experience, followed by a question and answer session.
