First asparagus appear on market in Germany

The early asparagus that appeared in German market are collected by company OGA from Bayern, where this vegetable was on greenhouse warm floor grown.

 

 

Now before the Easter should appear asparagus from Baden but it depends on the sunny weather.

 

 

At this moment asparagus from OGA costs between 12 and 17 euro per 1 kilo.

 

 

In the peak of season in May it will cost 5-8 euro per 1 kilo.
