Fruit Logistica expects more organic and convenience exhibitors

Fruit Logistica expects that exhibitors from the growing organic and convenience foods sectors will continue to increase at the 2006 event which takes place in Berlin from 2nd to 4th February. In 2005, organic exhibitors represented 20 percent of the total, with convenience foods exhibitors representing 13 percent.
