Exports of chili by Peru from January to July 2022 totaled 3,477,022 kilos for $10,037,469, according to Agrodata Peru.
In the same period last year, supplies of this crop totaled 2,566,663 kilos for $7,807,198.
This year, the main destinations for Peruvian peppers continue to be the United States (64% of the total), Mexico (21%), Spain (8%), Ecuador (3%), Guatemala (2%), Belgium (1%) and others (1%).
