The USDA claims the decision of EEC to enable Spanish producers to become more competitive on the global market.
The European Commission and local Spanish governments forecast to invest in the rejuvenation of topfruit, stonefruit and table grape orchards in an effort to improve production yields and quality, according to a recent USDA report.
This move should enable Spanish deciduous fruit producers to become more competitive on the global market.
