This is the 12th consecutive year that PORT OF BARCELONA participates with its own stand at Fruit Logistica, Hall 10.2 / A-10.
PORT OF BARCELONA and the shipping company GRIMALDI LINES jointly present their logistics offer for fresh produce. The 3 container terminals - Barcelona Europe South Terminal (BEST), APM Terminal Barcelona, Terminal Port Nou - have made significant investments in the specific infrastructure for the reefer traffic allowing them to currently offer 2,000 connection points for containers chilled, a figure that will be extended in the short term.
BARCELONA is the leading Spanish port in regular lines, allowing it to meet the needs of both exporters and importers. Its short sea shipping lines, its rail links with the hinterland, allow to amplify the volumes and to route the products quickly.
This year, PORT DE BARCELONA invites you to discover an unprecedented experience with "Port de Barcelona 360º". Thanks to virtual reality glasses, professionals visiting the stand can make a 360 ° tour of the facilities in the Catalan port, including areas that are usually restricted to the public.
