Apofruit and Terremerse have signed a strategic agreement. The 2 cooperatives will remain independent but will develop synergy and integration. Not a merger, but a local network to develop skills, reduce costs and better position on the market.

The agreement covers different points: the policy of the mark as a distinctive element of the product, and the segmentation of the offer to better position products; varietal innovation to propose products of the highest quality, organic products, development exports, especially to new markets in Asia and the Persian Gulf.
