FILPACK the Group has acquired "L'Univers de l'Emballage"

With this operation, the Filpack group is enriched by the expertise of "The World of Packaging" in the design and distribution of consumables and associated machinery.

Filpack, known for its muliples solutions (in packaging net, protecting crops and orchards, engineering for the food industry) therefore adds the diverse expertise of "L'Univers de l'Emballage" to its offer (packaging, crates cards, adhesives, clamping systems and strapping, palletizing films, labels ...).

The new Group is headed by the historical founders of Filpack, represented by Pierre and Philippe GIGNOUX GODDERIS. He directed more than 125 million EUR turnover, with 25 sites in France and nearly 400 employees to support its customers and develop new growth drivers. 

Management intends to continue the Group's growth and assert its national leadership in the Fruit & Vegetables sector by expanding its product offering to the sector operators throughout the value chain, from crop protection to shelving packaged products.
