European consumers appreciate dried tomatoes.

The dried tomatoes are mainly produced in the region of Torbali and Küçük Menderes and they have become a Turkish export product of first choice. The company BAPA Fine Food, decided to exploit the interest of consumers for this product by creating a production unit 5 years ago, where tomatoes are dried naturally and by exporting dried tomatoes to many European countries.

Last season the BAPA company bought 10,000 tonnes of fresh tomatoes to meet the needs of the production unit.
