Zespri to increase availability

The New Zealand merchandiser of kiwi fruits, Zespri, is in the process of making smooth-skinned Zespri Gold kiwis available all through the year.
Until now the fruit has been exported from New Zealand between June and August, and from Italy between December and January.
Now the gap will be filled by growers from Chile, so that the Gold variety will be available all year long.
