Harvest optimization with innovative equipment
Delecroix Constructions is a French manufacturer of vegetable harvesting equipment.
Their new development is a machine for harvesting melons. It is a conveyor carried directly by the tractor with a wingspan of 20 m in the field. Melons are transferred to pallox (Large plastic boxes). A chute control system guarantee the quality of the harvested product.
The conveyor is foldable to comply with the road gauge. It also allows the flexibility and easy handling on the field.
What makes the difference?
- Plus 20 – 30 % of productivity
- Ergonomic gains / fatigue: removal of bucket carrier posts (the most painful)
- Quality preservation of the harvested product
Delecroix Constructions is now testing a new prototype: trailer tray with conveyor for harvesting oyster pockets. This system was inspired by their classic set (vegetable trailer combined with a harvesting conveyor).
In addition to new developments, Delecroix Constructions also offers machines, which have already earned the trust among growers, thanks’ to its ergonomic and high quality.
When possible the company go beyond traditional harvesting mahines: for instance " Mobile scraper " which transforms cauliflower or broccoli into flowers directly into the field.
Delecroix Constructions classic offer is a set consisting of a trailer for vegetable associated with a crop conveyor (conveyor foldable in the trailer).
