Special Fruit has started its own organic blueberries production

The company Special Fruit announced the start of the organic blueberries season that the company cultivates in Portugal.

The season runs until mid- June and will represent a total volume of 140 tons . The peak of the season is expected in the week 23 to week 25 .The development of the organic sector is a good complement to the range of products as Special Fruit.

Since 2012 the company has invested in a partnership with Mirtisul , producer of organic blueberries, located in the Alentejo region has the ideal climate for growing berries.
