Huhtamaki sells US fruit packaging unit

Finnish packaging manufacturer Huhtamaki van Lear Oyj has completed the sale of its Fruit Packaging division to Prospect Partners LLC, a private equity investment firm based in Chicago. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
