Live WOP Dubaï : A new lab at Lucas Lemaire

Lucas Lemaire, a French company specializing in potatoes and onions, is family owned and 100% independent.

Gérald Lemaire (General Manager) and Catherine Verpoort (Export Sales) presented the recent developments in the company at WOP Dubai. The company has undertaken extensive work to serve customers increasingly bigger, with the desired quality for the whole year.

A new laboratory has been mounted for a stricter quality control. The EUROCELP control evaluation system was integrated to give a series of factual indicators on each batch: visible defects, tuber weight, sizes, qualities ... This allows teams to guide each batch to the appropriate client.

Gérald Lemaire explains: "We give ourselves the means to grow, improving the added value and service we provide to producers and buyers. We are able to provide a solution to any type of product, from the " Rolls " to the first price potatoe. "
