Dole Bourges seeking the ECOCERT label.

After selling his company to one of the world's biggest banana ripener and packer, Mr. Tsekas, Dole Bourges's manager now has a new goal in mind.

The company has been trading under the Dole brand name for several years now, and is now well implanted as one of the bigger ripening rooms around. Actually, it is now Dole's sole representative in France's Centre region.

To help upgrade the service Dole Bourges is giving to its customers and hopefully to reach a new type of customers, Mr. Tsekas, company manger has decided to start going after the ECOCERT label.
