The 2022 edition will be held from October 4 to 6. This 2022 edition is on its way to a new success with a number of exhibiting companies and a surface area similar to the 2019 edition, before the pandemic.
Fruit Attraction 2022, organized by IFEMA MADRID and FEPEX, will be held from October 4 to 6. According to the organizers, around 1,700 exhibiting companies from 52 countries (Europe, Africa, North America, Central America, South America, Asia) have confirmed their participation.
In terms of exhibitors, national participation represents 52% of the total and international participation represents 48%. In addition to strong participation from countries in Europe, there will also be group participations from Serbia and Albania, and other countries like Colombia, USA, South Korea, Peru , Chile, South Africa and India, and an increase in African participation, notably from Kenya, Guinea and Côte d'Ivoire.
In terms of exhibition space, Fruit Attraction 2022 will extend over more than 55,000 m2, occupying halls 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of IFEMA MADRID. This represents an increase of 38% compared to the last edition and a similarity to the data of the 2019 edition, before the pandemic.
In terms of visitors, according to the organizers, registrations of professionals from 130 countries will exceed 80,000.
