Tesco strengthens its stores

As part of its expansion plans in the long term, the group has acquired 77 additional stores.
One Stop, chain of the stores group Tesco has gained 77 points of sale of Mills Group for 20 million pounds sterling.
This acquisition brings the total number of stores to 598 One Stop in England and Wales.
One Stop is a separate company with a supply chain and a different business model of stores which are generally smaller than those operating under the name Tesco Express.
Tesco Express have 1,183 outlets. In total, One Stop and Tesco Express account for 3.5% of the local market.
