GREENYARD has just announced that the negotiations for the possible acquisition of the company DOLE FOOD, INC. terminated without final agreement.
The acquisition of DOLE by GREENYARD would have been an important milestone for the two companies according to Mr. Hein Deprez, Executive Chairman of Greenyard, who added that the transaction would have created value for all stakeholders. But no agreement was reached.
Mr. Deprez said he is confident that GREENYARD is at the forefront of its industry and will continue to pursue its ambitious and successful path as a market leader, creating ongoing value for shareholders.
