1st day of spring and day of happiness in the island of Ré

On this first day of spring the Rebelle d'Ars en Ré company has just made its first harvest of new potatoes.

 

 

 

Mr. Delimbeuf Eric is proud to present the first new potatoes of the variety Osiris, variety recognized as one of the most tasty.

 

 

 

The crop forecast for this new season is 500 tonnes; distribution until the end of September. Calibration, quality and grade are performed by a state-of-the-art optical sorter: optical sorter by air, which avoids the impact on the product.
