France Prune buys out Saman

The co-operative France Prune - located in Lot-et-Garonne, France - has bought out its former rival Saman (F-Marseille), French number 2 in dried fruit and its 220 employees. This acquisition should allow France Prune to reinforce its date and roasting activities, but cut in staff may happen.
